Steps to Make Zucchini Egg Pancake

Step 1
Take a fresh zucchini and grate it into fine shreds. Add two eggs directly into the zucchini shreds. Add a proper amount of green onions, finely chopped. Add a little bit of flour and a proper amount of salt. Stir all ingredients until well mixed, forming a yogurt-like flowing batter.
