Fresh Jasmine Flowers 1 handful | Minced Pork 20 grams |
Water 100 grams | Mixed Oil (Animal Oil + Rapeseed Oil) 1 tablespoon |
Salt 1 gram | Matsutake Essence 1 gram |
Small Dried Chili Peppers 4 | Cooking Wine 1 tablespoon |
Recipe for Jasmine Flower Stir-Fried Minced Pork

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the jasmine flowers, remove the calyx gently, if not removed it can taste bitter.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan.
Step 3
Sauté the dried chili peppers until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the minced pork and stir-fry, then add the cooking wine.
Step 5
After the pork is cooked, add the jasmine flowers.
Step 6
Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 7
Add the seasonings.
Step 8
