Ingredients for Yam Dumpling Soup

Recipe for Yam Dumpling Soup

Step 1
1. Peel and slice the Chinese yam into small pieces. 2. Cut into small cubes. 3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes after blanching in hot water to remove the skin.
Step 2
1. Wash the baby bok choy and cut into thin strips. 2. The weight of Chinese yam is 200g. 3. The amount of flour is 100g. 4. Heat oil in a pot with a small amount of oil.
