Recipe for Braised Tofu

Step 1
Slice the eggs and coat them with egg mixture.
Step 2
Slice the green bell pepper and carrot.
Step 3
Pan-fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry onion chunks first, then add green bell pepper and carrot chunks and stir-fry.
Step 5
Add the pan-fried eggs, stir-fry, pour in a spoon of light soy sauce, sprinkle a small spoon of MSG, and stir-fry evenly.
