Recipe for Whole Wheat Soda Bread

Step 1
Pour lemon juice into milk, mix well
Step 2
Add high gluten flour + whole wheat flour + baking soda + salt, mix well
Step 3
Add egg yolk liquid + milk + raisins, mix well and knead into a dough
Step 4
Sprinkle flour in the baking pan, place the dough on the pan, sprinkle flour to shape it

Place it in a preheated oven, bake at 170℃ top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes
