How to Make Shepherd’s Purse Wonton

Step 1
Pick and wash the shepherd’s purse, blanch in boiling water, then chop finely after cooling in cold water.
Step 2
For the meat filling: mix water, salt, monosodium glutamate, oyster sauce, white pepper, vegetable seasoning powder, cornstarch, and oil until well combined.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped shepherd’s purse to the mixture and mix well.

Wrap the wonton.

Wrap according to your preference (it is best to use very thin wonton wrappers).

You can make more at once and freeze them for later consumption.
