Leftover Rice 2 bowls | Instant Seaweed 1 sheet |
Mixed Vegetables 1 bowl | Onion, chopped 1/2 |
Egg, optional 1 | Salt or Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp or to taste |
Sesame Oil a few drops |
Recipe for Seaweed Fried Rice

Step 1
Put a sheet of instant seaweed in a pan and stir-fry until it changes color and becomes crispy.
Step 2
Slightly cool down and crumble the seaweed for later use.
Step 3
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until fragrant.
Step 4
If using eggs, scramble one egg at this point.
Step 5
Add the rice and stir-fry with a spatula.
Step 6
Add the vegetables and continue to stir-fry until the rice has a slightly bouncy texture on the edges.
Step 7
Add the seaweed and salt, continue to stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 8
Drizzle a few drops of sesame oil before removing from heat to enhance the aroma.
Step 9
A nutritious and delicious dish is ready.
