Ingredients for Seaweed Fried Rice

Leftover Rice 2 bowls Instant Seaweed 1 sheet
Mixed Vegetables 1 bowl Onion, chopped 1/2
Egg, optional 1 Salt or Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp or to taste
Sesame Oil a few drops

Put a sheet of instant seaweed in a pan and stir-fry until it changes color and becomes crispy.

Slightly cool down and crumble the seaweed for later use.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until fragrant.
