Recipe for Vegetable Salad

Step 1
Chop the red cabbage, wash it, and pat dry to remove excess water.
Step 2
Prepare the cucumber, carrot, and onion.
Step 3
Break the lettuce into small pieces.
Step 4
Prepare the sweet corn kernels and blanch them in boiling water.
Step 5
Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, pour in the salad dressing, and mix well.

You can boil an egg to add nutrition (I was in a hurry, so I didn’t boil the egg enough). I recommend boiling it for 5 minutes after the water boils, it will be especially good.
