Vegetable and shrimp noodles

Ingredients for Baby Cabbage, Shitake Mushroom, and Shrimp Noodles

Baby Cabbage 100g Shrimp 110g
Noodles 70-110g (equivalent to 70g of flour when uncooked) Shitake Mushroom 30g
Soy Sauce As needed Oil As needed
Garlic As needed

Recipe for Baby Cabbage, Shitake Mushroom, and Shrimp Noodles

Cut the shrimp into pieces, keeping the shrimp heads aside; julienne the baby cabbage (remove the hard stems if you have a sensitive stomach), and cut the shitake mushrooms into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then stir-fry the shrimp heads, and add boiling water.

Once the water boils, remove the shrimp heads and add the baby cabbage.

Finally, add the noodles, cook until done, and season with soy sauce to taste.
