Noodles 70-110g (equivalent to 70g of flour when uncooked) | Shitake Mushroom 30g |

Recipe for Baby Cabbage, Shitake Mushroom, and Shrimp Noodles

Step 1
Cut the shrimp into pieces, keeping the shrimp heads aside; julienne the baby cabbage (remove the hard stems if you have a sensitive stomach), and cut the shitake mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then stir-fry the shrimp heads, and add boiling water.
Step 3
Once the water boils, remove the shrimp heads and add the baby cabbage.
Step 4
Add the shitake mushrooms and shrimp.
Step 5
Finally, add the noodles, cook until done, and season with soy sauce to taste.
