Salt 1/2 tablespoon | Sugar 1 tablespoon |
Green onions 2 stalks | Fresh pine mushrooms as needed |
Steps to Make Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry

Step 1
Wash and cut the ginger and tomatoes, beat the eggs and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a wok with Lee Kum Kee Grandma’s Lard and Garlic Oil, pour in the beaten eggs and stir until set, then remove and set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in the wok again, stir-fry the ginger and green onions until fragrant, add in the tomatoes and sugar, stir until softened, then add in the cooked eggs, salt, and fresh pine mushrooms, season to taste.
