Recipe for Tomato Bean Curd and Beef Stew

Step 1
Soak the dried bean curd in warm water with a little salt, and blanch the beef to remove blood foam (if you want tender meat, skip the blanching step)
Step 2
The Provence tomatoes I bought at home are really great.
Step 3
Add water, dried bean curd, and seasoning, bring to a boil
Step 4
Add rolled beef and a handful of green onions, then serve
