Steps to Make Tofu Salted Egg Fried Rice

Step 1
In a pan, add some oil and fry the two salted egg yolks until foamy.

Add blanched green beans, salted egg whites, and diced tofu to enhance texture and flavor.

Slice tofu thinly, coat with oil, and pan-fry until golden.

Add two spoonfuls of water, layer leftover rice, cover and simmer over medium heat.

Once the water evaporates and the rice is reheated, stir well and add seasoning carefully.
