Ingredients for Tofu Cheesecake

Digestive cookies/Oreo cookie crumbs 100g Melted unsalted butter 40g
Cream cheese (softened at room temperature) 200g Silken tofu (softest tofu) 300g
Whipping cream 300g Sugar 40g
Gelatine sheets 2 pieces/10g Sea salt 1g
Soy milk powder 1 small packet Milk 30ml
