Egg 1, about 50g | Silken Tofu 130g |

Recipe for Tofu Egg Custard

Step 1
Cut the soft tofu into small cubes about 1 cm, spread some at the bottom of a plate, and reserve the rest.
Step 2
Beat the egg, add warm water and mix well, then sieve into the plate, make sure to sieve to remove foam, sprinkle the remaining tofu cubes in the middle of the plate.
Step 3
Add cold water to the steamer, bring to a boil and then place the plate with the egg mixture to steam on low heat, steam for 8 minutes after steam starts to rise.
Step 4
Add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sesame oil, then sprinkle with chopped green onions.
