Recipe for Three Yellow Lanzhou Chive Boxes

Step 1
In a bowl, mix pork fat and rapeseed oil, cool to 40 degrees, add flour and eggs. Dissolve sugar and yeast in 40-degree hot water, mix while pouring water, knead dough until smooth and let it rise.
