Recipe for Transparent Oil Sauce Meat Buns

Step 1
One pound of meat, take about one-third of the meat, stir-fry on low heat throughout, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet bean sauce, cinnamon powder and angelica powder. Use less salt, as the other seasonings are strong in flavor. Be sure to stir-fry on low heat and do not overcook the meat.
