Ingredients for Stir-fried Beef with Pea Sprouts
Beef 150 grams | Pea Sprouts 250 grams |
Grandma’s Fragrant Rapeseed Oil 80 grams | Light Soy Sauce 15 grams |
Sugar 15 grams | Salt 2 grams |
Recipe for Stir-fried Beef with Pea Sprouts

Step 1
Prepare fresh beef and washed pea sprouts. Marinate the beef with scallion and ginger water, a little salt, and starch for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Pour Grandma’s Fragrant Rapeseed Oil into the pan.
Step 3
Quickly stir-fry the beef until it changes color, then set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan used for cooking the beef, add some more Grandma’s Fragrant Rapeseed Oil. Stir-fry scallion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add the pea sprouts and stir-fry over medium heat.
Step 5
Stir-fry until the pea sprouts become slightly translucent, then add salt to season and continue stir-frying.

Add the cooked beef back into the pan.
Step 7
Add beef powder and light soy sauce, stir well.
