Recipe for Pickled Vegetable and Shredded Pork Rice

Step 1
Before adding the seasonings for the pork, mix the pork shreds well until sticky, then add cornstarch and mix well, finally deep fry.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork shreds until they change color.
Step 3
Add the pickled vegetable shreds, pour in the sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
Step 4
Add the Chinese lettuce shreds, stir-fry, thicken the sauce before removing from heat, and mix well.
Step 5
Serve over steamed rice.
