Teriyaki chicken fried rice

Ingredients for Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Breast 1/2 piece Potato 1 piece
Cooked Rice 1 small bowl Garlic 3 cloves
Sesame Seaweed Flakes as needed Marinating Sauce:
Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp Rice Wine 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 2 grams Teriyaki Sauce:
Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp Honey 1 tsp
Water 1 small bowl

How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice

Step 1 for making Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice

Step 1

Wash and dice the chicken breast, add 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp rice wine, and 2 grams of black pepper powder, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes;

Peel and dice the potato, soak in water for a while to remove excess starch (to prevent sticking to the pan), pour oil in a pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the diced potatoes until golden brown, then set aside;

Using the same pan with the oil from frying the potatoes, add the marinated chicken breast, stir-fry until it changes color, then add minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant;
