How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice

Step 1
Wash and dice the chicken breast, add 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp rice wine, and 2 grams of black pepper powder, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes;
Step 2
Peel and dice the potato, soak in water for a while to remove excess starch (to prevent sticking to the pan), pour oil in a pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the diced potatoes until golden brown, then set aside;
Step 3
Using the same pan with the oil from frying the potatoes, add the marinated chicken breast, stir-fry until it changes color, then add minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant;
Step 4
Add the set-aside diced potatoes and stir-fry together;
Step 5
Pour in the teriyaki sauce (1 tsp light soy sauce + 1 tsp dark soy sauce + 1 tsp oyster sauce + 1 tsp honey, mixed) and a bowl of water, simmer for two minutes;
Step 6
Add a small bowl of cooked rice, keep stirring until the sauce dries up, turn off the heat, sprinkle a spoonful of white sesame seaweed flakes for seasoning, mix well and serve.
Step 7
Serve the fried rice on a plate and enjoy.
