Steps to Make Chaoshan Snack Salted Egg Rolls

I cut the winter melon into small pieces, and also cut the pork lard into small pieces and marinated them with sugar overnight
Step 3
Flatten the salted egg yolks and place the winter melon strips and pork lard strips on them. If you don’t have orange peel sugar, you can use some orange zest. Then roll them up.

Coat with beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs

Fry over low heat until cooked through, then remove from the oil
