Recipe for Chaoshan Cheung Fun

Step 1
Prepare minced pork, preserved vegetables, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and preserved vegetables until fragrant

After stir-frying, remove the mixture from the pan and leave a little in the pan to make the sauce

Add a little salt and soy sauce

Add starch water

Cook until the mixture becomes thick and sticky

Mix glutinous rice flour and cornstarch in a ratio of 3:1

Adjust the consistency to be slightly thinner than yogurt

Boil water until it reaches boiling point

Prepare an oiled iron plate and place it in the boiling water pot

Add two spoonfuls of batter

Add minced pork, two eggs, and the prepared ingredients, mix well, and steam over high heat
