Ingredients for Taro Pudding

Taro Part: Taro Flour 200g
Salt 2g Milk Powder 5g
Whole Milk 70g Egg 80g
Butter 40g Toasted Black Sesame Seeds 12g
Pudding Liquid: Egg Yolk 2
Whipping Cream 100g Granulated Sugar 20g
Gelatin Sheets 5g

Recipe for Taro Pudding

Taro Part: Mix all the ingredients for the taro part in a bowl until smooth dough is formed. Divide into evenly sized dough balls, shape into rounds, place on a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.

Take out the baked taro and let it cool, then use scissors to open the taro at the top.

Pudding Part: Soften the gelatin sheets in cold water beforehand. Mix egg yolk + whole milk + granulated sugar + whipping cream and heat over low heat until it slightly bubbles, then remove from heat.

After cooling, add the softened gelatin sheets and mix well, then strain the mixture.
