Sweet and sour eggs

Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Eggs

Eggs 3 Light Soy Sauce 1 spoon
Oyster Sauce 1/2 spoon Dark Soy Sauce 1/4 spoon
Vinegar 2 spoons Ketchup 2 spoons
Sugar 25g Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
Green Pepper 1/2 Water 1/4 bowl (for sauce)
Water 2 tablespoons (for cornstarch mixture) Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons
Salt, Sugar, Chicken Essence a little (for mixing with eggs)

Steps to Make Sweet and Sour Eggs

Step 1

Remove the seeds from the green pepper, wash and dice. Beat the eggs, add a little salt, sugar, and chicken essence, mix well and set aside.

Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and water to make the sauce.
