Steps for Asparagus Beef

Step 1
Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus, cut thicker pieces in half, and cut diagonally into sections. Boil some water with a little oil (I prefer olive oil) and blanch the asparagus for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Season the beef (tenderloin) with salt, ginger powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and monosodium glutamate. Mix well and add some oil to marinate. Add the beef to boiling water, do not stir immediately. Wait for the water to boil gently stir. Cook for about 30 seconds, then remove the beef when cooked.
Step 3
Arrange the blanched asparagus and cooked beef on a plate. Drizzle some steamed fish soy sauce, add garlic, and ground black pepper according to taste. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, pour it over the garlic when hot. Serve ✅ (It’s better to stir before eating)
