Ground Pork 300g | Green Peppers 3 |
Egg White 1 | Ground Black Pepper (for stuffing) to taste |
Soy Sauce (for stuffing) 1 tbsp | Cooking Wine (for stuffing) 1 tbsp |
Oyster Sauce (for stuffing) 1 tbsp | Soy Sauce (for sauce) 2 tbsp |
Oyster Sauce (for sauce) 1 tbsp | Cornstarch (for sauce) 1 tbsp |
Water (for sauce) 1/2 bowl | Potato Starch 1 tbsp |
Steps to Make Stuffed Green Peppers with Meat

Step 1
Remove the stem and wash the green peppers!
Step 2
Put the stuffing ingredients in a bowl, mix clockwise until well combined, and let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes for better flavor. Remember to cover it with plastic wrap!
Step 3
Stuff the cleaned peppers with the meat, cut open the sides for better flavor penetration, or use a piping bag to squeeze the meat in for convenience! Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown, then add the sauce mixture and cornstarch, stir well and bring to a boil!
