Instructions for making Strawberry Cheesecake Soft European Bread

Step 1
Total dough is about 1050g, divide into 10 equal parts of 105g each. Let it rest for 15 minutes after dividing.

Softened cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar, then add dried strawberries and mix well. Add a few dollops of strawberry jam.
