Recipe for Strawberry Snowman Birthday Cake

Step 1
1. Mix milk and oil until emulsified; 2. Sift flour and mix into the milk and oil mixture, stirring until smooth. 3. Separate the eggs, using eggs around 60-65g each (add egg yolks to the batter, egg whites into a clean bowl in the fridge for later use) 4. Mix the batter and egg yolks in a zigzag manner until slightly thin, adjusting with more flour if too thin or milk if too thick. 5. Add white vinegar to egg whites, beat until foamy, add sugar gradually until stiff peaks form. 6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter in three parts. 7. Pour the batter into a mold, removing air bubbles. 8. Bake at 140°C for 50 minutes (adjust temperature as needed based on your oven). 9. Once baked, cool and remove from the mold.
