Winter Melon 600g | Spring Onion 1 segment |
Green Pepper 1/2 | Cilantro 1 stem |
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp | Superior Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp |
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp | Salt a pinch |
Grandma’s Hometown Cold-pressed Rapeseed Oil as needed |
Recipe for Sautéed Winter Melon Slices

Step 1
Peel and core the winter melon, slice and set aside.
Step 2
Clean the cilantro and green pepper. Finely chop the cilantro, cut the green pepper into pieces, and slice the spring onion.
Step 3
Pour grandma’s hometown cold-pressed rapeseed oil into the pan, add the spring onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the winter melon slices, stir-fry slightly, add the superior light soy sauce, oyster sauce, lard, and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
Step 5
Stir-fry until the winter melon slices are cooked, season with a little salt.
Step 6
Add the green pepper, stir-fry until slightly cooked, then serve.
Step 7
Sprinkle some chopped cilantro after removing from heat.
Step 8
Delicious and spicy winter melon slices are ready to serve.
