Recipe for Stir-Fried Tomato and Zucchini

Step 1
Wash and peel the zucchini, then slice it.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into chunks (you can make a cross-cut, blanch it in hot water to remove the skin, or skip this step if you find it troublesome).
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry scallion, ginger, garlic, and thirteen spices until fragrant. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until they release juice (you can add a little tomato sauce).
Step 4
Add zucchini and stir-fry evenly.
Step 5
Season with a little light soy sauce and salt.
