Ingredients for Chive Mixed Tofu
Chive Sprouts a small handful | Tofu 1 block |
Salt 2 grams | Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon |
Small Persimmon (for decoration) 1 | MSG 1 gram |
Recipe for Chive Mixed Tofu

Step 1
Take out the chive sprouts purchased from Sam’s Club, wash them clean and set aside
Step 2
Bring water to a boil, blanch the chive sprouts in the hot water, once the color changes, immediately remove and cool in cold water
Step 3
Finely chop the chive sprouts
Step 4
In another pot, bring water to a boil, blanch the tofu, once the water boils again, remove the tofu, cool and drain. Then crush it in a bowl and set aside
Step 5
Add the chopped chive sprouts, salt, MSG, and sesame oil into the bowl
Step 6
Stir well and set aside
Step 7
Take a mold and add the mixed chive tofu into the dish
Step 8
On one side, sprinkle chopped chive sprouts, press firmly. Decorate with a small persimmon
