Step 1
This is grass head, which belongs to a different genus from clover: Grass head looks soft and droopy, with small golden flowers; Clover stands upright, usually with small pink flowers.

After washing the grass head, drain the water, and slice the other ingredients diagonally; Blanch the bamboo shoots in hot water with oil and salt for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside to cool.
