Stir-fried spicy snail

Ingredients for Spicy Stir-Fried Snails

Snails 500g Green Onion 3 stalks
Ginger 5 slices Dried Red Chili 5 pieces
Garlic 4 cloves Light Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
Salt A pinch Oyster Sauce A dash
Cooking Wine As needed

Recipe for Spicy Stir-Fried Snails

Heat oil in a cold wok, fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add the snails and stir-fry for a moment, followed by adding the dried chili.

Pour in hot water, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, a pinch of salt, and chicken bouillon, stir-fry, then simmer for a few minutes.
