Snails 500g | Green Onion 3 stalks |
Ginger 5 slices | Dried Red Chili 5 pieces |
Garlic 4 cloves | Light Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons |
Salt A pinch | Oyster Sauce A dash |

Recipe for Spicy Stir-Fried Snails

Step 1
Heat oil in a cold wok, fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add the snails and stir-fry for a moment, followed by adding the dried chili.
Step 2
Pour in hot water, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, a pinch of salt, and chicken bouillon, stir-fry, then simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Once the sauce thickens, add perilla leaves and continue to stir-fry until cooked, then add chopped green onions.

Serve hot.
