Recipe for Stir-Fried Shredded Potatoes

Step 1
Cut the chili, spring onion, and garlic, and set aside
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into shreds, blanch in water
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan, add chili, and sauté the spring onion and garlic until fragrant
Step 4
Add the shredded potatoes
Step 5
Add salt, light soy sauce, and chicken bouillon
Step 6
