Ingredients for Chives Shiitake Mushroom Stir-Fried Rice Cake

Sliced Rice Cake 1 bag Chives a small handful
Soaked Shiitake Mushrooms 4-5 pieces Dried Red Chilies 3
Garlic cloves 2-3 cloves Cooking Wine 2 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon QD Spray Organic Camellia Oil appropriate amount
Soaking Water from Shiitake Mushrooms a small bowl

Recipe for Chives Shiitake Mushroom Stir-Fried Rice Cake

Step 1

Prepare QD Spray Organic Camellia Oil, soaked sliced rice cake, chives, dried red chilies, garlic, diced shiitake mushrooms, and soaking water from shiitake mushrooms as shown in the image.
