Steps to Stir-Fry Pumpkin Flowers

Step 1
Wash the pumpkin flowers and remove the heads and connecting stems.
Step 2
You can remove the silk from the stems and stir-fry them together with the pumpkin flowers for a delicious crunch.
Step 3
Wash the pumpkin flowers thoroughly, preferably rubbing each flower as the fuzz on them can accumulate dust and dirt Crush the garlic cloves and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the pumpkin flowers and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.

Add 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon and 1 tablespoon of salt.

Stir-fry evenly and then remove from heat. I didn’t add any water, as the pumpkin flowers released enough moisture while cooking.
