Ginger 2 slices Oil As needed
Cooking Wine 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Chicken Essence/Salt As needed

Cut the lean pork into shreds, marinate with ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce
