Cooking Wine 2 tbsp | Soy Sauce 2 tbsp |

Steps to Make Stir-Fried Green Beans with Pork

Step 1
Cut the lean pork into shreds, marinate with ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce
Step 2
Cut the green beans into sections, add a little salt, blanch in water for three minutes, then remove and set aside
Step 3
Heat some oil and stir-fry the marinated pork until it changes color
Step 4
Add the blanched green beans, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the cooking time based on personal preference for texture (soft or crunchy). You can add one-third of a small bowl of water during cooking for a softer texture. Near the end, season with a little salt or chicken essence
