Instructions for Garlic Sprout Stir-Fried Pork

Step 1
Wash and cut the garlic sprouts into sections. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash and cut the pork into strips, marinate with the above-mentioned seasoning, and set aside.

Chop the spring onions and set aside.
Step 4
Heat the wok with oil, sauté the spring onions until fragrant.

Add the marinated pork, stir-fry until it changes color.

Add the garlic sprouts, stir-fry evenly.
