Instructions for Stir-fried Pork Belly with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Step 1
Bring water to a boil, add salt.
Step 2
Blanch the diced bamboo shoots in boiling water for two minutes.

Stir-fry the pork belly in a pan with oil.
Step 4
Add green onion, ginger, and small hot chili pepper.
