Ingredients for Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Yardlong Beans
Pork Belly 150g | Yardlong Beans 20 pieces |
Cooking Oil 1 tbsp | Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp |
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp | Spring Onion a little |
Ginger 2 slices |
Steps for Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Yardlong Beans

Step 1
Wash the yardlong beans and cut them in half, cut the spring onion and ginger into strips, and slice the pork belly.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, add spring onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the pork belly. Cook over low heat until the fat is rendered. Increase the heat, add 2 tbsp of light soy sauce, then add the yardlong beans and stir-fry for one minute!
Step 3
Add water to the pan, filling it up to 2/3 of the ingredients, then add 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, cover the pot, and bring it to a boil over high heat!
Step 4
Simmer until the sauce in the pot thickens, stir evenly, then serve!
