Recipe for Onion Fried Fat Intestine

Step 1
Prepare ingredients.
Step 2
Cut fat intestine into sections, cut green onions diagonally. The ratio of green onions to fat intestines is 1:1.

Heat 20g of Golden Dragon Fish Grandma’s Hometown Small Pressed Rapeseed Oil in a pan until it is 60% hot.

Add Sichuan peppercorns, slowly fry until fragrant, remove and discard the peppercorns, let the peppercorn oil cool for later use.
