Steps for Stir-Fried Needle Mushroom with Rapeseed

Step 1
Add 15ml of Grandma’s Hometown Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil to the pan
Step 2
Add washed and chopped rapeseed to the pan
Step 3
Add washed and cut needle mushroom to the pan
Step 4
Cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 5
Once the rapeseed softens, add 15ml of vegetarian oyster sauce
Step 6
Stir-fry evenly and then serve
Step 7
Serve on a plate
