Stir-fried minced meat with diced shiitake mushrooms

Minced Meat 500g Dried Mushrooms 200g
Cooking Oil 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp
Chicken Bouillon 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Sugar Bird’s Eye Chilies
Egg Oyster Sauce

Step 1

After soaking the mushrooms in water, squeeze out the water and dice them.
