Recipe for Glutinous Rice Shoots Fried Pork

Step 1
Slice the cooked pork belly and set aside.
Step 2
Shred the carrot, green and red chilies, and garlic sprouts. Clean the glutinous rice shoots and drain the water.

Chop the garlic clove into small pieces, shred the ginger, and cut the dried chili into pieces.
