Ingredients for Sauteed Loofah with Edamame
Loofah 1 piece | Edamame 200g |
Grandma’s Hometown Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil 1 tablespoon | Garlic 3 cloves |
Dried Chili Peppers 3 pieces | Chicken Essence 1/2 tablespoon |
Salt to taste | Water Starch 2 tablespoons |
Instructions for Sauteed Loofah with Edamame

Step 1
Peel the edamame beans and set aside.
Step 2
Peel and dice the loofah, sprinkle a tablespoon of salt and marinate for 10 minutes, then rinse with water to remove salt.
Step 3
Add Grandma’s Hometown Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil to the pan.
Step 4
Heat oil in the pan, add garlic slices and dried chili peppers, stir fry until fragrant, then add the edamame and stir fry over low heat until cooked.
Step 5
Add the loofah, salt, and chicken essence.
Step 6
Stir fry over high heat until well mixed, then drizzle in the water starch and stir fry until evenly coated.
Step 7
Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
