Steps to Cook Stir-Fried Chicken Breast with Green Peppers

Step 1
Prepare Ingredients: Cut green peppers into small pieces, marinate chicken breast slices with baking soda for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with clean water 4-5 times, drain the water, marinate with salt, soy sauce, cooking oil, and oyster sauce for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken breast.

Stir-fry the chicken breast until slightly browned and fragrant, add a little hot water while stir-frying to prevent sticking to the pan and to cook the chicken breast through, after 3-4 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.

Heat oil in the pan and stir-fry the green peppers evenly.

After stir-frying the green peppers for 2-3 minutes, add the previously cooked chicken breast, stir-fry with a little water to cook through, continue stir-frying for 2 more minutes, and then season before serving.
