Recipe for Green Pepper Stir-Fried Pork

Step 1
Wash the green pepper, break it into pieces by hand and set it aside.
Step 2
Wash the pork belly, slice it and set it aside.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and spring onion and set them aside.
Step 4
Heat a pan and add Grandma’s Hometown Pressed Rapeseed Oil.
Step 5
Add the pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 6
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, spring onion, ginger, and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 7
Add the green pepper, stir-fry until slightly cooked, then add salt, chicken stock powder, and vinegar, continue stir-frying until well seasoned.
