Recipe for Stir-Fried Gluten

Step 1
Soak the gluten and black fungus until soft, then drain. Cut the rest of the ingredients into pieces or slices, and slice the green onion.
Step 2
Mix the above seasonings to make a sauce. Blanch the shiitake mushrooms for 1 minute, and blanch the bamboo shoots and carrot for 2 minutes, then drain.

Sauté the white part of the green onion, then add all the ingredients. Stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute, then pour in the sauce and mix evenly.

Finally, add the water starch and stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Garnish with some chopped green onions and it’s ready to serve.
