Ingredients for Stir-Fried Gluten

Gluten 8 pieces Shiitake mushrooms 3 pieces
Carrot 1/2 piece Black fungus (soaked) 150g
Bamboo shoots 1 piece Green onion 1 piece
Oyster sauce 5g Light soy sauce 5g
Dark soy sauce 5g Sugar 5g
Black pepper 3g Starch 5g
Water 50ml

Recipe for Stir-Fried Gluten

Soak the gluten and black fungus until soft, then drain. Cut the rest of the ingredients into pieces or slices, and slice the green onion.

Mix the above seasonings to make a sauce. Blanch the shiitake mushrooms for 1 minute, and blanch the bamboo shoots and carrot for 2 minutes, then drain.
