Stir-fried garlic stalks with cured meat

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Garlic Sprouts with Chinese Cured Meat

Recipe for Stir-Fried Garlic Sprouts with Chinese Cured Meat

Brush and wash the Chinese cured meat with hot water, then soak for half an hour to soften the skin.

Trim the ends of the garlic sprouts, wash them, and cut them into sections at a 30-degree angle to increase the surface area for better flavor absorption during cooking.
