Eggs 4 Green Onions 2 stalks
Salt To taste Oil To taste
Sauce 4 tablespoons Soy sauce or Maggi seasoning 2 tablespoons
Sugar To taste

Recipe for Stir-Fried Eggs with Green Onions

Prepare the ingredients: Slice 2 stalks of green onions or cut them into chunks. Use 4 eggs and half a bowl of sauce.

Prepare the sauce: Mix 4 tablespoons of sauce (any sauce of your choice), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or Maggi seasoning, a little sugar for flavor, and a bit of MSG. Add half a small bowl of water, taste it, and adjust the seasoning if needed by adding salt if it’s not salty enough.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and stir-fry them slowly over low heat until they are cooked and tender. Transfer the cooked eggs to a bowl and set aside.
