Method for Celery and Thousand-Layer Omelette

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: shred the thousand-layer, wash and cut the celery into segments, peel and shred the carrot for later use.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, beat the eggs with a little salt and pour into the pan.

Fry the eggs until both sides are golden brown, then set aside.

Add oil to the pan, stir-fry the carrot until fragrant for about 2 minutes.

Add the shredded thousand-layer, stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add the celery segments, stir-fry evenly, add a little hot water during the process to keep it moist, stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Finally, add the pre-fried eggs, continue to stir-fry with a little hot water for 2 minutes, season and serve.
